Vivo Cosmetics Pearl and Matte Eye Shadows: Photos & Swatches

Hey Cupcakes :) 

I have another swatch post to share with you guys and it's going to be all about the 5 eye shadows that I recently ordered from Vivo Cosmetics . Four off these colors are pearl eye shadows and one is a matte eye shadow.

When I opened up my package and looked at the eye shadows, I was really surprised to see how big they were. I thought they were going to be much smaller but they are actually quite big *happy face*

I absolutely loved swatching these eye shadows, all off them are so pigmented. My favorites are Mink, Dusky Pink and Pale Gold. The Pearl Eye Shadow in Mink was the whole reason for placing my order on Vivo Cosmetics in the first place and I don't regret it for a second. I absolutely love the color and I managed to find some other lovely products as well. How great is that? :)

MAC Nymphette, BlushBaby & Hush: Photos & Swatches

A few weeks ago, I ordered some MAC products from CheapSmells which is one of my favorite websites. OPI Nicki Minaj Mini Collection: Photos & Swatches

So I recently picked up the OPI Nicki Minaj Mini Collection from BEAUTYBAY and I wanted to share my swatches with you guys. The 4 colors you get in this mini collection is called Did It On 'Em, Fly, Pink Friday and Metallic 4 Life :)

I really like all the colors in this collection but my favorites are Fly and Pink Friday because I'm such a sucker for teals and pinks! Lets get the swatch fest started, I hope you enjoy my post and please let me know what you think about the colors in this collection :)

♥ Did it On 'Em.

Did It On 'Em is a creamy yellow-green chartreuse color. This is definitely one of those ''love it or hate it'' kind of nail polishes. Its not my favorite color from this collection but I guess its pretty in its own way. I don't have anything like this color in my nail polish collection which is nice :)


♥ Fly.

Fly is a vibrant teal creme color. This is my one of my favorite colors from this collection, I just love it :)


♥ Pink Friday.

Pink Friday is a beautiful baby pink/bubblegum pink creme color. This is also a favorite of mine, I just knew I would love this color from the moment I saw all the promo pictures from this collection :)


♥ Metallic 4 Life.

Metallic 4 Life is a beautiful black based color with small and large silver glitters. I think this color will look very cool paired with another dark nail polish, what do you guys think? Let me know if you have tried that out :)

Nails Of The Day: Revlon Sheer Rose

Today Im wearing Sheer Rose by Revlon which was a gift from my beautiful friend Jenn from Imperfection is Beauty. Sheer Rose is a beautiful pinky nude nail polish with silver shimmers and its actually my only nail polish from Revlon.

Being the nail polish addict that I am, Im actually surprised that this is my first Revlon nail polish because their color range is really good and they do have some great dupes for high-end nail polishes. Sheer Rose is definitely one of my favorite pinky nudes in my collection and I dont own anything like this shade :)





I think its really difficult to get a good picture of my nail polish swatches, they always turn out dark and I want them to be lighter and brighter. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how I can improve my swatch pictures, please feel free to share them with me in the comments below. I would love to hear how you guys do it :)

Benefit Cosmetics: Hervana & Erase Paste [With Swatches]

In the beginning of February, I placed my very first order from Benefit Cosmetics and my package finally arrived today. I have only tried a few of their products and so far Im very impressed with the quality :)

I ordered the the Hervana blush which I have heard wonderful things about and the Erase Paste in Fair. I also got two free samples with my order, the Stay Don't Stray Primer and the Hello Flawless custom powder cover-up with SPF 15. Scroll down below to see swatches of both products :)


♥ When I opened up my package, I completely fell in love with how everything was wrapped up, the wrapping paper is so adorable. Im such a sucker for cute and girly packaging :)

I also got a little book with information about some of Benefit's products and I have already looked through it and found some products that I want to try out. I really want to try more of their blushes because all of them look so pretty. Their products are definitely more on the pricey side and the shipping can be a little expensive, depending on what country you are from so keep that in mind if you are thinking about placing an order :)

China Glaze: Lemon Fizz, Lighthouse, Heli-Yum & Blue Iguana [Swatches]

One of my favorite nail polish brands is China Glaze. I think that their selection of colors are very good and they are always coming out with collections that are fun and eye catching. I wanted to share swatches of the 4 nail polishes that I got from Krystal. I was super lucky to win her giveaway right before Christmas. These are my newest China Glaze polishes in my collection and they are all so pretty :)

♥ Lemon Fizz.

Lemon Fizz is a beautiful pastel yellow that is soft and bright at the same time. This is my favorite yellow nail polish for spring and summer and I really like how it looks with my light skin tone. It was streaky on the first coat but after applying a thicker second coat it looked much better. Its such a beautiful and creamy nail polish and this is one that I already have in my collection. Lemon Fizz is from the Up & Away Collection.




♥ Lighthouse.

Lighthouse is a bright, sunshine yellow gold with flecks of metallic gold sparkle. I dont have anything like this shade in my collection which Im really happy about. The formula is a little thin so definitely apply a few coats to make it as opaque as possible. Lighthouse is from the Anchors Away Collection.




♥ Heli-Yum.

Heli-Yum is a vibrant, deeply pigmented raspberry pinky-red. This nail polish is extremely pigmented so you can easily get away with just one coat on your nails. I used 2 coats as usual just because thats what I prefer. Heli-Yum is also from the Up & Away Collection.




♥ Blue Iguana.

Blue Iguana is a gorgeous electric blue with blue and fuchsia micro-glitters. I really like this one a lot, its very beautiful but just be careful not to get a lot on your skin because its very difficult to remove. I tried removing it with soap and even nail polish remover but it was hard. Blue Iguana is from the Island Escape Collection.

NARS Eyeshadows in Night Sun & California [Swatches]

Im really excited about Night Sun and California because they are my very first eyeshadows by NARS. I only own a few products from this brand but I have never tried their eyeshadows before.

Night Sun is a beautiful yellowish gold while California is lovely copper shadow. California would look great as either an eyeliner or paired with a pretty brown or bronze shadow. Night Sun is perfect to use to highlight the inner corners of the eyes. These shades look beautiful together or alone. Night Sun and California have great color payoff but California is much more pigmented compared to Night Sun, so definitely remember to use a
light hand with this shadow :)

Urban Decay Rollergirl Palette [Swatches]

When it comes to eyeshadows, Urban Decay is a big favorite of mine. I have never been disappointed in the quality and pigmentation of their eyeshadows, they are just perfect in my book :)

The Rollergirl palette by Urban Decay is a gorgeous little palette that comes with 4 eyeshadows, a 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil and a Lip Junkie Lipgloss. I wanted to share the swatches with all of you because I have fallen in love with this cute little palette :)
