Urban Decay Original Naked Palette: Review, Photos & Swatches

Hey Sweeties, how are you guys doing today? How is your Easter going so far? :)
The Original Naked Palette by Urban Decay is one off the most popular beauty products that has been released. This baby came out a few years ago and people are still talking and raving about it like it was released yesterday. If you want to see my review off the Naked Palette, photos and swatches, just keep reading :)

This is one off my all time favorite eye shadow palettes. If you prefer wearing neutral eye shadows over bright colors like me, this is definitely a must have. You get 12 gorgeous shades that range from  champagnes to dark, gritty gunmetal and it has everything from glitter to shimmer to matte shades. The colors are so beautiful and extremely pigmented, I love it :)

The packaging is covered in a chocolate brown velvet material with the world ''NAKED'' emblazoned in gold foil lettering. The case feels really nice and soft but because its covered in velvet material, it can get very dirty. I just use one off those lint rollers for clothes and the problem is fixed. The palette also comes with a mirror which is very nice and handy, you never know when you are going to need a mirror :)

♥ Virgin, Sin, Naked, Sidecar, Buck & Half Baked.

♥ Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep & Gunmetal.

♥ Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep & Gunmetal.

The Naked Palette used to come with their popular 24/7 glide-on eye pencils in Zero and Whiskey and their travel-sized eye shadow primer potion. They have changed the 24/7 glide-on eye pencils and added their professional quality, cruelty-free Good Karma eye shadow brush instead but you still get the travel-size eye shadow primer potion in the original formula.

This palette is the most expensive beauty product in my Makeup Collection. I had to order mine from Ebay because I couldn't find it anywhere else. I paid over $100 which is expensive but the seller was kind enough to include some extra goodies from Urban Decay with my purchase :) I highly recommend that you check out this palette if you haven't done that already. Believe me, you are going to love it :)

Tutorial: How To Create Easter Bunny Nails

Hey Bunnies :)
It's Easter and I have a really cute nail art design to share with you all today. I love Pink and I like bunnies so I thought this design would be perfect. If you want to see how you can create this really cute Easter nail art design, just keep reading :)

1. Start off by painting all off your nails with a base coat to protect them from staining.

2. Paint all off your nails with a medium pink nail polish except for your ring finger, that's where our bunny design is going to be :)

♥ 3. To make the cute bunny, create a half circle on the tip off your ring finger using a white nail polish.

♥ 4. Take the nail polish brush and use it to create two long ears.

♥ 5. Use your dotting tool to fill in the bunny ears with the same medium pink nail polish you used on your other nails.

♥ 6. Create two big brown eyes and a tiny pink nose. Don't forget to add two tiny white dots inside the brown to complete the eyes.

♥ 7. Finish with a top coat to protect your design from chipping away.

♥ The finished look.

I really like how this nail look turned out and it was extremely easy to do too. I didn't want to overdo it with the bunnies so I just added two bunnies on my nails instead off doing them on all my nails. I paired the design with Pink Friday from the OPI Nicki Minaj Collection and I think it looks really cute, what do you think? :)

Products I used:
♥ NYX Ridge Filler Base Coat.
♥ OPI Nicki Minaj Nail Polish in Pink Friday.
♥ Elf Cosmetics Nail Polish in White.
♥ H&M Nail Polish in Dust & Diamonds.
♥ Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.

How is your Easter going so far? What do you think about the design? Thanks for looking :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Vivo Cosmetics Pearl and Matte Eye Shadows: Photos & Swatches

Hey Cupcakes :)
I have another swatch post to share with you guys and it's going to be all about the 5 eye shadows that I recently ordered from Vivo Cosmetics . Four off these colors are pearl eye shadows and one is a matte eye shadow.

When I opened up my package and looked at the eye shadows, I was really surprised to see how big they were. I thought they were going to be much smaller but they are actually quite big *happy face*
I hope you enjoy the swatches, let me know which one is your favorite in the comments below :)

♥ Pearl Eye Shadow in Pale Gold.

♥ Matte Eye Shadow in Sandstorm.

♥ Pearl Eye Shadow in Dusky Pink.

♥ Pearl Eye Shadow in Aqua Marine.

♥ Pearl Eye Shadow in Mink.

♥ Pale Gold, Sandstorm & Dusky Pink.

 ♥ Aqua Marine & Mink.

I absolutely loved swatching these eye shadows, all off them are so pigmented. My favorites are Mink, Dusky Pink and Pale Gold. The Pearl Eye Shadow in Mink was the whole reason for placing my order on Vivo Cosmetics in the first place and I don't regret it for a second. I absolutely love the color and I managed to find some other lovely products as well. How great is that? :)

What do you think about the swatches? Which eye shadow from Vivo Cosmetics is your favorite? :) Thanks for looking :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters: Review, Photos & Swatches

Hey Dolls :)
The Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters has been one of the most talked about products in the beauty community and for good reason. I thought I would share my review with all off you and show you pictures and swatches off the different colors that I have. If this is something you want to see more off, just keep reading :)

♥ Creme Brulee, Peach Parfait, Pink Truffle, Sweet Tart, Berry Smoothie & Red Velvet.

♥ Creme Brulee, Peach Parfait & Pink Truffle.

♥ Sweet Tart, Berry Smoothie & Red Velvet.

The Revlon Lip Butters are hydrating lip balms with the pigmentation of a lipstick and the shine of a lip gloss. They come in 20 beautiful, shiny shades and contains Mango Butter, Shea Butter and Coconut Butter which boosts lip moisture and decreases the need for constant reapplication.

I absolutely love how moisturizing and pigmented all off the colors are, I'm very impressed. The packaging is another thing that I really like. The case itself resembles the shade of the lip color and it has a clear window on the top which makes it really easy to see the color as well. I'm not a big fan off lipsticks that you have to open up to see the color, so these definitely get a big star in my book :)

I can't get enough off these, they are really amazing. My favorite shade has to be Berry Smoothie, its a shade that I have been using almost every single day now and it's been featured in my March Favorites post. Here is the link to it if you want to take a look, I love it :)

Disclaimer:
Creme Brulee was a gift from my sweet friend Jenn from Imperfection is Beauty. Jenn, thank you so much for getting me hooked on these babies :) I bought all the other shades with my own money.

What do you think about the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters? Whats your favorite shade? :) Thanks for looking :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Tag: The 7 Deadly Sins Off Beauty

Hey Sweeties, how are you guys feeling today? :)
I have a fun Tag to share with you all today. You might have heard about the 7 Deadly Sins Off Beauty Tag? I have been seeing this Tag on Youtube and Beauty Blogs lately and I thought it would be fun to do it as well and share my answers with you all off you :)

If you have done this Tag, please leave the link to your post in the comments below because I would love to see your answers :) Now let's get this Tag started :)

♥ 1. Greed: What is your most inexpensive beauty product? And what is your most expensive?
The most inexpensive beauty products that I own has to be my products from Elf Cosmetics. I ordered so many products when they were having their 50% off, I love Elf Cosmetics :)

My most expensive beauty product is the Original Naked Palette by Urban Decay. I had to order mine from Ebay because I couldn't find it anywhere else. I paid over $100 for it which is crazy expensive but I use this baby almost every single day. The Original Naked Palette and The Naked 2 Palette is my 'go to' eye shadow palettes when I want a neutral makeup look :)

♥ 2. Wrath: What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with?
Hmmmm, I think I have to go with false eyelashes on this one. I absolutely LOVE wearing false eyelashes but they can be a little tricky to apply sometimes :)

3. Gluttany: What is your most delicious beauty product?
My most delicious beauty product has to be the Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzing Powder  by Too Faced because it smells just like Chocolate. I'm also a big fan of the MAC lipsticks which smells like Vanilla. Chocolate and Vanilla, YUM. I'm totally craving some sweets now, haha :)

♥ 4. Sloth: What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness?
Face Primer, definitely!

♥  5. Pride: What beauty product gives you the most confidence?
I have to go with concealer on this one. I love how concealers brightens up the under eye area and makes you look more awake. A good concealer is a total lifesaver on early mornings :)

6. Lust: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?
Definitely a pretty smile and a good sense off humour. Simon and I always laugh and joke around with each other, we are just like two crazy kids, haha. But I wouldn't have it any other way. I think it's very important to be able to laugh and have fun with each other and not be so serious all the time :)

7. Envy: What beauty product would you most like to recieve as a gift?
I actually have quite a few items on my wish list but one off the items that I would love to recieve as a gift would have to be the Performance Eyes Kit by Sigma. I have heard great things about this kit. I would also love to recieve some beauty products from Chanel, their lipstick in Boy is currently on top off my wish list :)
